Most buyers arrive with one of three starting points: a catalog rod they want under their own brand, an existing rod they want adjusted, or a new rod they want built from a specification. Our services are organized so that each starting point has a clear route. The project mode is decided first, components and branding are defined next, and the sample stage locks everything down before bulk production. Fantan manufactures carbon fiber guides, titanium guides and a range of carbon fiber reel seats in-house. Reels, handle materials, premium guide brands and other specified parts are sourced to your brand or specification and integrated into the build. Incoming component checks, dimensional and cosmetic inspection, sample comparison, assembly, packaging and final inspection are described on Quality & Inspection. In-house components used in OEM builds, including carbon fiber guides and titanium guides, pass through the same incoming and assembly checks as sourced parts.
