YT-01 specifications
YT-01 is a split casting seat: the trigger hood and the threaded nut section are separate parts that are bonded onto the blank with the grips in between, which lets the rod builder expose blank or use a short carbon tube between them. The catalogue drawing gives a 28 mm reference gap between hood and nut.
The seat body is moulded from nylon reinforced with carbon fiber, with a hollow interior to save weight. It is listed as carbon-fiber-reinforced nylon, not as solid carbon fiber.
