2-Piece Carbon Carp Rod for OEM Rod Programs
Carp rods are specified by length, test curve, section count, transport length, handle and reel-seat configuration and guide train. For a 2-piece program the usual starting point is a 12 ft blank with a test curve chosen for the target casting distance and lead weight; shorter 10 ft rods and longer 13 ft distance rods are developed on the same platform.
Before publication of a carp model we require the full specification (length, test curve or power system, sections, transport length, handle and reel seat, guide configuration) and the product boundary against spod and marker rods. Fantan Fishing produces the blank, guide train and reel seat to that specification and confirms the result with an approved golden sample.
